Great experience! No ticket cost and a chance to walk the grounds with a few animals (please don't expect a zoo/ safari park!). Nice and spacious cafe with breakfast until 12pm and very friendly service. Generous portions and good coffee! It's a nice way to spend a couple of hours with a little one and does have a small play area. Heavy rain meant the grounds were very muddy so wellies needed but will be back again in finer weather. For a free experience with children it's a great option.

Absolutely beautiful place to visit, we had such a lovely time! We came to see the animals and check out the pumpkin patch over the weekend and my 3 year old was in love with the animals. We also had some lunch in the cafe and it was delicious. The baguettes are to die for and the portion size is so generous we were completely stuffed. The lunch for my 3 year old from the kids menu was perfect, all the options you could need. Coffee was fab too! Can't wait to come back throughout the year to see the animals and visit the cafe. Thanks for the amazing day out you're all doing a wonderful job. See you soon!

My family and I took our trailer tent and stopped on the camper field with power. The pitches were a good size, the toilets and showers were clean so there wasn't much else that you could ask for really. The local cafe and shop was fantastic and the facilities for the kids was fantastic, the kids could feed goats, alpacas, reindeer, pigs and chickens as well as play on the park and inflatables. We really enjoyed our weekend and the hosts were helpful and pleasant. We would happily stop there again.

Lovely campsite, toilet and shower block and washing up area are immaculate. Staff are friendly and the cafe is very good value. Nice quiet location and pitches are marked out with easy access to water and bins. Lovely to see all the different animals around the site too. Would definitely return.
